Have you made a Will?
A Will is the document
which becomes effective on death and stipulates how a person's
estate is to be dealt with. Without a Will, a person's estate
can become muddled, expensive to administer and, unfortunately,
go to persons the deceased would not have wanted.
In a Will you can: -
a) Appoint executors:
these are responsible adult persons to carry the burden of administering
the estate and dealing with all the paperwork. We will happily
act should you so wish.
b) Appoint guardians
for young children. These are responsible caring people to bring
up your children should you die before they are adults.
c) Make specific gifts
of cash, property and items of furniture and jewellery.take the
necessary steps and the whole process can normally be completed
within a few weeks.
