ALPS (Alexander Lawyers Property
Service) is a trading name of Alexander Lawyers LLP who advise
many of the leading property investor gurus. After years of feedback
from property investors it became apparent that there was a demand
for legal advice when structuring property investment deals,
so ALPS was formed.
ALPS has been developed as a
membership helpline for investors and has now proved to be a
valuable research tool for the property investor.

Complaints Procedure
At Alexander Lawyers we strive to give our clients a satisfactory
service. However, in the unlikely event you have any complaints
about the service you have received we have the following procedures
in place:-
- Informal Stage
For minor complaints
we would suggest you complete our Client Care Questionnaire.
Your complaint will be handled immediately by the person
in charge of your service. Should you remain unsatisfied you
may request that the matter be referred to the Partner in charge
of the relevant office and, hence, move to Formal Stage 1.
- Formal Stage 1
For the avoidance of
any doubt or future disputes it is required the complaint is
put in writing to the Partner in charge of the relevant office
who will investigate the matter and respond to you as quickly
as possible. Should at that stage you remain unsatisfied, you
may request that the matter be referred to the Partner in charge
of the other office for independent review and handling, in accordance
with Formal Stage 2.
- Formal Stage 2
The Partner in charge
of the other office will review the complaint independently and
respond to you as quickly as possible, which may take a little
longer than in stage 1. If at that stage the client remains unsatisfied,
then they should refer the matter to the LCS (Legal Complaints
Service).
- Timing
Under formal Stage 1
and/or Formal Stage 2 we will use every endevour to respond to
you within 7 days. If for any reason we are unable to do so we
will write to tell you why and advise you of a revised timing.
- Legal Complaints Service
