ALPS (Alexander Lawyers Property
Service) is a trading name of Alexander Lawyers LLP who advise
many of the leading property investor speakers. After years of
feedback from property investors it became apparent that there
was a demand for on-going legal support when structuring property
investment deals, so ALPS was formed.
ALPS offer various services to
property investors which meet their specific needs including
1-2-1 consultations,
where investors visit our office for the day for training (Click Here for more
info on our 1-2-1 Training).
We act for 100s of property investors
and deal in creative contract work or what is commonly known
as "lease options". We advise many of the leading
property investors in the UK we are always ahead of the game
and aware of any other concepts and structures that are being
advocated. We also have a terrific database of contacts
within the property game and therefore can put people together
to help them with their needs.

- Payment options to suit your
budget
We give members various options
so you can choose how you would like to pay for the membership.
They are as follows:
- 3 Months membership = £200
- 6 Months membership = £350
- 12 Months membership = £550
- OR alternatively you can set
up a standing order mandate and pay £50 per month if you
prefer to spread the payments.
The first months payment can be taken by debit/credit card.
Once payment is made you will
be issued with your ALPS helpline membership card which gives
you the dedicated helpline number and e-mail address.
There is currently Zero joining fee,
